We came during the day of the SF Chinese new year parade and every restaurant was crowded, but we were lucky to get a table here. We ordered and they were very busy, and forgot a drink we had ordered. Has a noisy and busy atmosphere and the sunlight shone through the windows so it was pretty bright. In terms of food, it's pretty decent Chinese food, the fried pork was definitely a hit. Not much to rave about, but a solid choice.

I love getting Hong Kong breakfast items here. I ordered the seafood porridge and decided halfway that I wanted some HK donuts. They also gave me tea for free. It was the most comforting meal I've had in a while. I had to wait a bit because it was so crowded but they are fast once you order. There is ample seating inside and it feels so homey!

We came to eat dinner at 5:45pm on weekday, it was not busy at all, only 3 tables. The waitress was talking to the customers and tells us to sit any table we like. We ordered one bowl of Beef Stew Wonton soup ($7.99)and a dish of Tomato Beef Pan Fried Noodles ($12.99) . Very soon the food brought out, we really enjoyed the food, it was delicious! The restaurant had remodeled and it looked clean compared to the other restaurants in Chinatown ! We definitely will come back to try out other dishes!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at Cafe New Honolulu! Despite its 3.5 stars, all the dishes we ordered were delicious, well prepared with quality ingredients. The waitress was amazing! She was running the register, busing the table, and taking orders all in one. As a result, the wait time may be longer than usual, but she was doing her best to cover all needs. The restaurant was newly remodeled, spacious with good decor. Unlike other restaurants in China town, it takes credit cards that's a big plus in my opinion. We will definitely be back again!
